She suggested that the government make it clear according to law that the privately-run school belong to non –governmental institutions and have the same treatment on obtaining construction land, revenue, model school and obtaining the leader on subject as the state –run school do; the teachers have the same treatment as their counterparts in state-run schools on qualification of teacher’s status, training, academic title evaluation, commendations and awards, scientific effort and examination and assessment of the job skills; it be possible that the flow of teachers between two schools. The basic social insurance for teachers from privately-run schools who have obtained the qualification from government be carried out according to the staff working in the government and other institutions.
