On the morning of July 1, 2007, IVT 2007 Graduation Ceremony was grandly held at the Auditorium on main campus. There were more than 20 distinguished guests and leaders present at the congregation, including Mr. Zeng Zhaokong, GM of AMD; Ms. Zhang Zhen, HR Manager of AMD; Ms. Qian Yu, Student parents’ representative; Dr. Shan Qiang, IVT President; Ms. Lin Ningping, IVT Party Secretary and Vice President; Dr. Sun Haiquan, IVT Vice Party Secretary and Vice President; Dr. Wei Heng, IVT Vice Party Secretary and Vice President and the Deans of relevant IVT departments.

At 9:00, the graduation ceremony commenced with the National Anthem. At first, Dr. Sun declared The Resolution on the 2007 Graduates Qualification Check and congratulated the students on their graduation. Mr. Zeng, as a representative of all enterprises, made a speech expressing his thankfulness to IVT and anticipation for the graduates. There followed the speeches by Representatives of students’ parents, teachers in charges of classes and graduates.  At 9:40, Ms. Lin declared The Resolution on Excellent Graduates Commendation and awarded them the honor certificates. Afterwards, Dr. Shan distributed the graduation diplomas for graduate representatives.

At last, Dr. Shan Qiang made a speech for the congregation. He congratulated all the 2007 graduates and thanked the teachers for their work. Once again, he emphasized the IVT motto ---- “to be eager to learn and dedicated to career; have high moral integrity and a good command of skills” and expressed his eager anticipation for the graduates future successes in their careers. At the same time, Dr. Shan hoped that the student could keep in touch with IVT and promised that IVT would like to be the support for their lifelong study.

        The Graduation Ceremony ended at 10:00 a.m.
